D’Andre Williams aka Dre Williams was born in San Jose , California . He learned to play the drums at the age of three years old growing up in the church. He immersed himself in trios to big band, Gospel groups and choirs while studying from Gospel and Bay area greats Carl Wheeler Curtis Funderburk and The late Joel Smith. He moved to Sacramento CA and found work as a session musician, and has worked with Gospel Dream Winner Melinda Watts (and worked as her music director) and Eric EQ Young.
He also backed up artists, including Gospel Recording Artist and Grammy recipient Twinkie Clark- Terrell, Alex Isley, E Casanova, and others on televised performances on TBN, ESPN , Good Day America , Good day Sacramento and others. His debut single as a solo performer, Get Used to It and Recovery , was released on February 2019 and July 2020
as well as his first Holiday Album “The Love Of Christmas” released on December 2020.
